ArmInfo.For me, Artsakh's chapter is not closed. Third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan,  told reporters after the court hearing on October 17, when asked what was the basis for the latter's statements that Artsakh would never be part of Azerbaijan, although today this actually happened.

ArmInfo. The Government of Armenia plans to develop and implement short-, medium- and long-term  assistance programs for forcibly resettled residents of Nagorno- Karabakh. RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan stated at a briefing on October 17.

ArmInfo. Despite hundreds of warnings, the international community was unable to prevent the  ethnic cleansing of Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this on October 17 at a plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

ArmInfo.The Artsakh authorities must begin registering all their citizens in order to resolve relevant social and humanitarian issues with the RA authorities and, more importantly, preserve the subjectivity of Nagorno-Karabakh, using the figure of 150 thousand refugees in official circulation, stated Anushavan Danielyan, the former premier of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).

As of today, registration of citizens forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh will cease in the database of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Spokesperson of the  Prime Minister of Armenia Nazeli Baghdasaryan said at a briefing on October 16.

ArmInfo. Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan condemned the collective West of aiding Azerbaijan  in the de-Armenization of Nagorno-Karabakh.

ArmInfo. Armenia must not consign the issue of Nagorno Karabakh to oblivion, Armenia's former  foreign minister Vartan Oskanian said in a video message. 

ArmInfo." While blatantly violating the international law, Azerbaijan conducts an arbitrary  trial against an innocent person based on a fabricated criminal case.

ArmInfo. Gazprom Armenia will pay the housing rent and utilities for more than 3,200 forcibly  displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh.

ArmInfo. About 5 thousand forcibly displaced residents of Nagorno-Karabakh have been relocated  in the Gegharkunik region of Armenia. Regional Governor Karen Sargsyan told reporters on October 13.

ArmInfo.Issues related to the education of persons forcibly displaced from Karabakh became the  subject of discussions held on October 12 by Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia Artur Martirosyan with Leyla Kayacik, Special Representative on Migration and Refugees of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe. 

ArmInfo. About 2,500 forcibly displaced Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians that arrived in Armenia have  left the country, Armenia's Premier Nikol Pashinyan said at a Cabinet meeting on Thursday.  

ArmInfo.By the end of this week, 66 thousand citizens will receive one-time assistance for  urgent needs in the amount of 100 thousand drams for internally displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh, and 85-90 thousand by the end of next week, Armenia's Vice-Premier Tigran Khachatryan stated at a meeting of the Armenian government.

ArmInfo. More than 52 thousand internally displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh have  already received one-time assistance in the amount of 100 thousand drams.  Press Secretary of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nazeli Baghdasaryan announced at a briefing on October 11.

ArmInfo. The authorities of Armenia not only cannot protect the interests of Armenia, but they do  not even have such a goal. A similar opinion was expressed during a press conference on October 10 by Suren Petrosyan, chairman of the Democratic Consolidation party.  

ArmInfo. UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, with UN agencies and NGO partners, is appealing for  US$97 million to provide urgent humanitarian aid and protection to refugees and those generously hosting them in Armenia, in support of the government-led response.

ArmInfo. 38 Children were born in families of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh, 14 in  Yerevan, 24- in the regions, RA, press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nazeli Baghdasaryan reported on October 9.

ArmInfo.On October 9, the UN technical team left for Karabakh to get acquainted with the situation  and find out the humanitarian needs of the population. Turan was informed by the Baku office of the United Nations. The mission includes staff from the UN Resident Coordinator's Office and specialized institutions of the United Nations.

ArmInfo.The Russian side has always been and remains committed to the alliance and strategic  partnership with Armenia, to the agreements that exist. Mikhail Galuzin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, who oversees relations with the CIS countries, stated this in an interview with RBC, referring to tensions in relations between Yerevan and Moscow.
