Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Khachatryan said on March 20 during the government hour, answering questions from  parliamentarians, recalling that the government has already implemented 3 programs of financial assistance to refugees from Artsakh.

ArmInfo.The right of Artsakh Armenians to return to their homeland under international protection  is not a negotiating position, but a mandate based on the fundamental principles of human rights and international law, reads a statement of the Committee for the Protection of Fundamental Rights of the People of Artsakh, regarding the decision of the European Parliament of March 12, 2024.

ArmInfo.Azerbaijanis destroyed a 13th-century Armenian khachkar in the village of Tsar in the Shaumyan region of occupied Artsakh. This was reported by the Scientific Research Center of Historical and Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Education of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The current authorities of Armenia bear a historical responsibility and are  obliged to make diplomatic efforts to prevent the danger of complete  isolation of the Armenian state in the region and loss of  subjectivity. To solve this problem, the first and inevitable  condition is to have a clear position in the negotiation process and  demonstrate principled behavior, reads a joint statement by political  forces of Artsakh and Armenia.

ArmInfo. "Our main goal is to return to Artsakh soil. Our main task is to preserve the spirituality  and culture of Artsakh outside the territory of the republic," said  Andrei Sergeenko, secretary of the Council of Russian Compatriots  (CRC) of Artsakh, at the Council meeting.

ArmInfo. There were also external forces that provoked the main force organizing the ethnic  cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh (in Artsakh). Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated at a press conference on March 12.

ArmInfo.The initiative to provide for the needs of internally displaced persons from Artsakh is  convening a rally to be held on March 20 at Freedom Square in the center of the Armenian capital, former Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan wrote on his Facebook account. 

ArmInfo.The interview with the captured and illegally detained former leaders of Artsakh, as announced by Azerbaijan's state television channel, was yet another display of the egregious violation of human rights and a demonstration of power. Currently, eight representatives of the highest authority of the Republic of Artsakh are held in captivity in Azerbaijan, reads a statement by the We Exist initiative.

ArmInfo. Armenia's Ambassador to Armenia Viktor Yengibaryan posted the following message on his  Twitter account. 

ArmInfo.32 public organizations from Artsakh have formed an initiative in Armenia aimed at protecting the needs of internally displaced persons. Artak Beglaryan, former minister of state and former ombudsman of Artsakh, chairman of the Union for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the People of Artsakh, stated this at a press conference on March 6.

ArmInfo.After the large-scale war unleashed by Azerbaijan in Artsakh and the complete occupation,  many medieval spiritual centers, educational complexes and memorials, buildings and structures representing the historical and cultural values of Artsakh were under threat. This is stated in the statement of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh.

Video footage circulating in the media and social networks, indicating the destruction of the Artsakh Parliament building and the desecration of the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, once again confirms Azerbaijan's intentions to destroy the Armenian trace in Nagorno-Karabakh, reads a statement of the initiative "We are!".

ArmInfo.The Armenian people were once again convinced that Azerbaijan is absolutely not ready for  a stable, sincere and durable peace with Armenia. This is stated in the statement of the Council of the Hayaqve Initiative (Armenian Referendum).

Armenia Struggles to Cope with Exodus from Nagorno-Karabakh Armenia is having problems  integrating over 100,000 refugees who fled Nagorno-Karabakh when Azerbaijan took control of the enclave in September 2023. Olesya Vartanyan Senior Analyst in the South Caucasus at the International  Crisis Group said in her commentary.
