The last meeting of the Armenian and Azeri presidents in Vienna will bring no progress in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks, Head of ARFD Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Kiro Manoyan told journalists on Wednesday.
The only sensation here, according to Manoyan, was that the presidents met after a two-years' pause. "So, we should not expect anything specific from that meeting," he said.
Manoyan believes that besides negotiating, Armenia must take active steps to strengthen its front line and to persuade the world community to recognize Nagorno-Karabakh. "Only this will force Azerbaijan to sober down and to stop threatening us with a new war," Manoyan said.
