Turkish-Armenian relations cannot be normalized unless the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is settled, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan said.
Anadolu quotes Erdogan as saying that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is a priority for Turkey. "Unless it is settled, we cannot say yes to normalization with Armenia.
There is some serious injustice in this issue. So, it must be resolved," Erdogan said.
To remind, at the April 23 meeting of the Turkish Parliament, Erdogan offered condolences to the descendants of the Armenian Genocide victims but qualified the Genocide as events in early XX century.
