"The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict must be solved on the basis of the principles of international law and within the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," APA quotes Azerbaijan's president Ilham Aliyev as saying at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on October 12.
According to APA, Azerbaijan's president commented on his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan's statement, that Nagorno-Karabakh is inseparable part of Armenia. "The world community and international organizations recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as 'the territory of Azerbaijan' ", Aliyev said. "The statement made in an intense psychological state exposes and disgraces the Armenian authorities," he added. "Azerbaijan is a strong country that has made great achievements in the economic and political fields and plays an important role in regional affairs, no project can be implemented in the region without the consent and participation of Azerbaijan", Azerbaijan's president noted.
"Essential state building measures are being taken in Azerbaijan. This area will remain a priority for next year too. There will be steps to boost the army's material and technical base," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said."Azerbaijan has gained full control along the line of contact, and all the provocation attempts of the enemy have been repelled" Azrbaijan's president said.
To note, on September 26, in his speech made at the session of the State Commission on coordination of the events dedicated to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, Serzh Sargsyan, touching upon the recent developments in the Karabakh conflict zone, particularly stressed that Nagorno-Karabakh is an inseparable part of Armenia and Armenia will do everything to expose and punish those responsible for these crimes.
