RESO insurance company is facilitating the procedure of provision of motor third party liability (MTPL) insurance payments and reducing the time of receiving the relevant written notification, the company's Marketing and PR Department told ArmInfo.
The source says that now RESO's insurees have an unprecedented opportunity to observe the process on- line, i.e. on the official website of the company (www.reso.am). Insurees are to follow the link in the right part of the website, insert the personal identification code (a combination of figures given to the insuree at the scene of the road accident) and receive the full conclusion about the insurance payment (including the examination of the road accident and the appraisal of the damage).
"Our new initiative considerably reduces the time of settlement of insurance benefits and decreases the paperwork. Actually, the insurees get an opportunity to save the time required for receiving the postal notice", the company says.
According to ArmInfo's Ranking, in 2013 RESO collected insurance premiums worth 5.8 bln AMD (3rd position in the market), 14% more than in 2012. In 2013 the company paid 3.2 bln AMD to its insurees (twice as much as in 2012). As of 1 Jan 2014, the company's assets amounted to 7.6 bln AMD (up 40% versus 2012).
To recall, one of the leaders of the Armenian insurance market, RESO entered the market in November 2008. The founder of RESO Insurance Company is RESO Garantiya, one of the largest insurance companies in Russia.
