Several subway cars derailed on the Moscow Metro on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya dark blue Metro line on Tuesday morning. The accident happened during the morning rush hour when the train was packed with passengers. It was reported that 20 people have been killed and 129 injured. The health status of 42 people is critical. Official representative of Russia's Investigation Committee, Vladimir Markin, said that there are several options of the accident in the Moscow Metro, and all of them are technical. There are no signs of terrorist act, he added.
