"I hope our enemy will stop relying on its oil dollars and appeal to reason. When financial capabilities overrun the reasoning capabilities of human brain, a man becomes extremely dangerous," Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan told reporters in the course of his working trip to Gegharkunik region.
"Armenia as always stands ready for peaceful resolution of the conflict through negotiations within the OSCE Minsk Group format. We urge Baku to defuse tension; otherwise our Armed Forces will do it. There is a ceasefire agreement and our retaliation to Azerbaijan's feeble efforts will be much stronger," he said. According to the prime minister, the Armenian people have sufficient power to do it, but any casualty is a big pain for his family, parents and the country.
"We do not afraid of war and stand ready to protect our land and water. The point is that settling problems through war in the 21st century is unreasonable. Nevertheless, we must defeat the enemy in this forced war. Our army has all the necessary capacities and arms to fight. We are confident in our power and strength. However, loss of soldiers is a big pain for us," the prime minister said.
