President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has again touched on Nagornyy Karabakh in the context of Armenia's joining the Customs Union. At the Moscow Session of Eurasian Economic Council on 24 December, Nazarbayev said his country is ready to sign the "road map" on Armenia's joining the Customs Union but with special opinion, as it requires to explain the problem about the borders of the Customs Union because of the Karabakh conflict, RIA Novosti reported.
He hopes that experts will find settlement of this problem.
To note, it is already for the second time that President of Kazakhstan voices his "special opinion" on the matter. The first similar statement was made by Nazarbayev at the CIS summit in Minsk on 25 October.
