Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at today's press-conference that the Ministry had expressed condolences to Ukraine and its people because of the victims of the events at Maidan.
'The rumors in mass media that allegedly we keep silent, are senseless and wrong", - he said.
He also added that on 24 February a representative of Armenia's Foreign Ministry left a message in a sorrow book at Ukraine's embassy in Armenia. He also talked to Ukraine's Ambassador to Armenia and offered his apology for being late.
'As for the events in Ukraine, Armenian president expressed his position on the matter. We hope that the situation will be settled in a peaceful and legal way, and they well manage to find the ways to reduce tension and resolve the accumulated problems", - Nalbandian concluded.
