Armenia's Ambassador to Ukraine Andranik Manukyan was involved in a regular corruption scandal.
According to corruptua.org, which conducts journalist investigations, Armenia's Ambassador to Ukraine has chosen as a residence a house, which belongs to Marina Juravlyeva, wife of the former head of State Forests Resources Agency Viktor Sivets to former president Viktor Yanukovich.
As the source informs, Sivets owned elite property during Yanukovich government but after the president fled he also left his position and moved to Moscow.
However, according to the source he left elite property in Kiev, which is registered on his wife, Marina Juravleva, citizen of Russia. Particularly, there are three plots of land, on which 3 houses are built in Pechersk.
The author of the report visited the place to find out who owns it now and read on the sign plate of the house "residence of Armenia's' Ambassador's to Ukraine". The author decided to send a request to the Embassy of Armenia in Ukraine asking to inform the address of the Ambassador's residence and how much time he has been living there, but the Embassy refused to provide any information on this issue.
The source recalls that Sivets is a defendant in a criminal case on the establishing of a scheme of so called "marketing services", when foreign purchasers of wood had to transfer money on the accounts of Galvena Holding LTD, Paragroup Limited, Faraday & CO, SA, Mega-Commerce Limited, Mega-Commerce LLP off shores between 2011-2014.
