Armenia's Health Care Ministry has conducted a training course with a view to assess local doctors' readiness for Ebola.
The website of the Ministry quotes Armenia's Health Care Minister Armen Muradyan as saying that Armenian doctors must be ready for the virus.
His Deputy Sergey Khachatryan says that the Ministry has instructed doctors what to do if an Ebola-infected person enters Armenia.
Director of the National Disease Control and Prevention Center Artavazd Vanyan says that his center and the Nork Infective Hospital keep in constant touch with the border check points so as to prevent the entry of Ebola into Armenia.
Director of the Nork Infective Hospital Ara Asotyan says that they have all conditions for isolating people suspected of having Ebola.
According to WHO, Ebola has killed over 4,000 people so far
