Economist, former MP Tatul Manaseryan is concerned that the resignation of Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan can mar the future of reforms in Armenia.
Sargsyan's resignation was a surprise for him. "I often criticized the Government but I didn't expect such a turn of events. Now the question is who will be the new Prime Minister and if that man will be able to carry the reforms through," Manaseryan said, noting that despite his criticism of some of Sargsyan's decisions and of his pension reform, in particular, he considers him as one of the most competent prime ministers ever in Armenia.
