Yerevan Sports and Concerts Facility after K. Demirchyan will be signed off to the Defense Ministry of Armenia for debts in conformity with the Government's decision of 21 August 2014.
Introducing the draft decision, Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan said the Service for Enforcement of Judicial Acts suggested transferring the facility to the Defense Ministry. The Facility has a 10.207 bln drams credit debt and other unpaid state taxes in the amount of 204 million drams.
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, in turn, recalled that the tender for sale of the Facility has been announced for 7 times already, but no buyers have emerged. The price of the Facility went down by 10% after every failed tender.
