Orinats Yerkir (OY) Party is ready to cooperate with the four non-coalition parties at all levels, Hovhaness Markaryan, parliamentarian from OY told reports, Thursday.
According to him, OY Party has joined the opposition to improve the social, economic and political situation in the country and is ready to cooperate with all the oppositional forces to that end.
"Probably, our cooperation will start with initiation of amendments to the pension law. We know that the non-coalition four has already submitted a package of initiatives and we are ready to draft a document acceptable to the citizens by combined efforts," he said. The politician hopes the new government will also make the necessary steps to that end.
"It would good if new persons with new ideas and solutions are appointed ministers. Hopefully, the Cabinet comprises professional and experienced persons," he said.
To recall, following Hovik Abrahamyan's appointment as prime minister, some Cabinet reshuffles were made. The public is discontented mainly at appointment of Gagik Khachatryan, the head of the State Revenue Committee, to the post of Finance Minister and appointment of former chief architect of Yerevan to the post of the Urban Development Minister.
