On July 11, the heads of the Russian and Armenian Migration Services signed an intergovernmental agreement on the order of their citizens' stay in the two countries. The signing ceremony took place following the negotiations of Russian and Armenian Prime Ministers, Dmitry Medvedev and Hovik Abrahamyan.
RIA Novosti reports that the document allows the citizens of Russia and Armenia to stay in Armenia and Russia, respectively, for 30 days without any migration registration. The document was signed by Head of the Federal Migration Service of Russia Konstantin Romodanovsky and Head of the State Migration Service of the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration Gagik Yeganyan.
