Starting from December 22, 2015 the recharge cards sold by VivaCell-MTS from July 1, 2005 till December 31, 2011, which have remained unused, will go out of circulation and will not be subject to use.
The press office of VivaCell-MTS reports that those subscribers, who possess above recharge cards, which have not yet been used, can use them before December 21, 2015 (inclusive).
