PACE summer session has started with launching broadside at Azerbaijan because of the non-democratic situation in this country, a member of the Armenian delegation to PACE, Naira Zohrabyan, told Arminfo correspondent. 

She said that over the session they discussed the problem of political prisoners and harassment of journalists in Azerbaijan. "A decision was even adopted on making a special report on Azerbaijan regarding these problems. However the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Samed Seidov,  reacted stormily. He blamed PACE President Anne Brasseur for breaking the order of voting. But Brasseur assured him that everything was in line with the order", - Zohrabyan said. She also added that after the first day of discussions, it became clear that PACE attitude to Azerbaijan has sharply worsen", - Zohrabyan said. 
To note, today at 2:00 PM Yerevan time President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will make a speech at PACE.
