President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan who has been elected for a second term on February 18 has decided to find out why he lost the election to Raffi Hovannisian, Leader of Heritage Party, in some big towns in Armenia and at some polling stations in Yerevan.
A Yerevan-based Hraparak newspaper reports that Sargsyan was surprised at such voting outcome, as he had been informed of quite different situation before the voting.
By data of the CEC, Raffi Hovannisian gained victory in the following towns: Ashtarak, Armavir, Nor Hachn, Abovyan, Vanadzor, Spitak, Gyumri, Akhuryan, Artik, Kapan, Eghegnadzor, Noyemberyan, and Ijevan.
