VTB Bank (Armenia)'s customers having ID cards will from now on enjoy quicker services due to ID card readers.
The press service of VTB Bank (Armenia) reports that these systems will help customers to save time as they will no longer have to fill necessary forms by hand.
The systems will be available in all of the bank's branches.
Director General, Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia) Yuri Gusev says, "We are doing our best to provide high-level customer service and are making one more step towards improvement of the service. Given that the ID cards are gradually put into circulation in Armenia, we have equipped the Bank's branch network with readers so that the customer service could become faster and more efficient".
VTB Bank (Armenia) joined VTB Group in April 2004 and is fully owned by VTB Bank, the second biggest bank in Russia. VTB Bank (Armenia) is one of the leaders of Armenia's banking sector. It has 67 branches all over the country (the largest branch network in Armenia).
