Problems linked with forthcoming presidential election were not discussed at the political council of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), deputy from PAP, Mikael Melkumyan, told Arminfo correspondent.
He said that they discussed current problems linked with every-day activity of the PAP. However, according to Arminfo's information, last evening immediately after returning from Dubai the leader of the PAP Gagik Tsarukyan called the sitting of the political council, but he did not specify future steps of the PAP in the context of the forthcoming presidential election, although the PAP members were waiting for that, and has assured them that everything will be OK. Tsarukyan also said that in the near future he will meet with the leader of the opposition Armenian National Congress, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, if needed.
