"We hope that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be resolved peacefully within the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in Beijing, at the ministerial meeting of the countries participating in the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
According to Anadolu Agency, he said that states can contribute to global security by developing bilateral cooperation. The Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia is a vivid example of it.
He noted that xenophobia, Islamophobia, attacks on Christians are mostly linked to socio-economic problems and the actions of right-wing parties in the West. "Asian countries have a big potential to resolve crises," he said.
