Military expert: Only Ramil Safarov is not enough to improve combat effectiveness of Azerbaijani army

It is at least illogical to speak about Azerbaijani aggression against Armenia and Nagornyy Karabakh because of the situation with extradition and pardoning of the Azerbaijani killer Ramil Safarov, military expert, David Jamalyan, said at today's press-conference.

"It is not clear what has changed in the Azerbaijani army after extradition and pardoning of an executioner Safarov? Why did everybody start speaking about the danger of a new war? The sharp changing of the balance of forces is first of all necessary for resumption of the battle actions in the
Karabakh conflict, or to be more correct, for Azerbaijani aggression. However, this will not happen", - Jamalyan said.

He also added that Karabakh Defence Army is a serious battle-worthy military structure, which Baku cannot but take into consideration.

"One should draw attention to another serious fact, that seems not so much important at first sight. The frequent sabotage from the Azerbaijani side are implemented by special teams, which are considered to be the elite of the armed forces of Azerbaijan, and which are perfectly trained. These "perfectly trained" soldiers are "met" by our ordinary servicemen - soldiers and officers", and "bid final farewell". Here the myth about invincibility of the Azerbaijani
army immediately melts away", - Jamalyan said.
