On May 5 Ameriabank's Contact Center started to work round-the-clock all week long.
The press service of Ameriabank reports that the bank is going to enlarge the contact center and to turn it into its virtual branch.
The center uses highly effective AVAYA technologies and employs highly qualified personnel.
