ArmSwissBank launches Microsoft Dynamics CRM system

 "ArmSwissBank" LLC has introduced Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the support of "Bever Computers" LLC, the Bank's press service has told ArmInfo.   

The source says that the financial structure is committed to its work style and displays an individual approach to each of its customers.  

"The specialists of ArmSwissBank and Bever Computers have created a unique CRM integrated model, which contains information about the Bank's products and customers and includes analytical sections, as well as sections of management by procedures", says the source. 

As a result of the launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ArmSwissBank employees have an opportunity to apply a number of tools that allow flexibly managing the customer base and efficiently solving the problems, which arise along with development of the financial structure.
