 President Serzh Sargsyan and the President of the French Republic Francois Hollande, who is in Armenia on a state visit,  have visited today the Orange shop, located in Yerevan Mall. During the visit, Orange Armenia General Director Francis Gelibter has presented to the Presidents the variety of smartphones and tablets offered to the subscribers, including Minno 8 tablet, as well as the recently launched Mybox innovative solution, which combines broadband internet and fixed telephony services.  Referring to the current situation on the Armenian telecommunication market, Francis Gelibter thanked President Serzh Sargsyan for the reforms recently implemented in the Telecommunication field by the Public Authorities of the country, in particular the Mobile Number Portability service launched in

April,  and expressed his hope to see further developments in this regard.  

To be noted that Mobile Number Portability service was launched on the 1st of April, 2014. Since then, over 3000 subscribers have already chosen to port their numbers to the Orange network.
