Swiss Ambassador to Armenia Lukas Gasser: Switzerland will try to contribute to a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict without questioning the established formats such as the OSCE Minsk process

Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan was unable to answer MP from Prosperous Armenia Party Tigran Urikhanyan's question about the expediency of private management of the parking lots in Yerevan.
In particular, Urikhanyan asked why the right to manage the parking lots of Yerevan, which are preliminarily estimated to operate at a 70% profit, is given to a private company instead of the state, which would allow transferring additional funds to the state budget. Tovmasyan replied that he was unable to answer those questions because he was unaware of the transaction details and that the prerogative was given to the Municipality of Yerevan.
To note, the parking lots in Yerevan are now managed by Parking City Service that belongs to Tigran Haroutyunyan, the cousin of Mihran Poghosyan, Head of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service.
