RESO offers full insurance package for those going on vacation

RESO offers a full insurance package for those going on vacation. 

According to the company's press service, the package includes hospital and surgical expenses, legal advice in case of lost or stolen baggage or documents and even repatriation of people who die when traveling abroad.

RESO's travel insurance policy consists of three packages: EASY, COMFORT and VIP. The policy is provided for no less than three days. To get such a policy you will have to give just a copy of your passport.

According to ArmInfo's Ranking of Insurance Companies of Armenia, as of Jan 1 2014 RESO had 5.8bln AMD in premiums (3rd place). In health care insurance it is the 1st with 3bln AMD in premiums. In foreign travel insurance the company had 12.6mln AMD in premiums. As of Jan 1 2014 RESO had paid 3.3bln AMD in compensation. In health care insurance it had paid 1.7bln AMD (2nd place), in foreign travel insurance 2.1mln AMD.  The company provides 11 of 18 insurance classes.

RESO was set up in Jan 2009 and is owned by AGI Invest (50%) and CIS Equity Partners Limited (50%).
