"Ongoing post-election processes in Armenia are more than overwhelming, as the situation may get out of control of the leaders of the Republican and Heritage parties Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovannisian and lead to civil clashes at any moment," says the statement by David Shakhnazaryan, former head of Armenia's special services, provided to ArmInfo.
Shakhnazaryan says that a third party will gain from a clash of the two parties. Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovannisian are responsible for the ongoing post-election processes when most of the public opposition the election results and a wave of wider public discontent may wash over Armenia.
The only way out of the situation is a dialogue and consensus of the two leaders, he says. "I am sure that there are chances for a dialogue and consensus so far," the politician says,
