Political expert: Reports that the Azeri Parliament might adopt a law "On Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan" were just an attempt to see the reaction of the Azeri society, Armenia and the world community

Armenian activist from Javakhk Vahagn Chakhalyan is not among the 300 prisoners amnestied in Georgia, reports the Public Television of Armenia.
The amnestied prisoners were put in jail for espionage for Russia and attempts to plot a coup.
Chakhalyan's lawyers says that his client's name was removed from the list right before the amnesty, so, he is going to appeal to court to have Chakhalyan amnestied too.
One of the best known activists of Samtskhe-Javakheti (Georgia's mostly Armenian province), Chakhalyan was arrested in his house on July 21 2008 and sentenced to 10 years in jail for possessing arms and organizing public disorders. A number of NGOs believe that it was a frame-up.
