Swiss Ambassador to Armenia Lukas Gasser: Switzerland will try to contribute to a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict without questioning the established formats such as the OSCE Minsk process

The presidential election in Azerbaijan and Ilham Aliyev's reelection can change nothing in the negotiations on the Karabakh conflict, secretary of the Prosperous Armenia Party parliamentary faction, Naira Zohrabyan, told Arminfo correspondent.
<Azerbaijan's policy will not change. It has a tendency of refusal of arrangement made earlier, for instance in Kazan, where presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in June 2011. We shall go on dealing with a regime which is impossible to arrange with. I have no illusion in this context, Baku will go on conducting the policy of falsehood and disinformation, as well as xenophobia and racism. And the Armenian party should be ready to similar surprises", Zohrabyan said.
At the same time, she slagged off the position of the OSCE MG co-chairmen and their policy of "equalization" of the parties to the conflict. She said that all the representatives of Aliyev's clan use militaristic rhetoric in their speeches regarding the Karabakh conflict, but the co-chairs go on "calling on the parties" to be restraint. Zohrabyan said that she gave this question the co-chairs many times, but their answers always were uncertain and ambiguous.
