Ameriabank launches Generation A program

On September 26, 2012 Ameriabank launched the Generation A program.

The press service of Ameriabank reports that while the bank received about 1,000 applications from Yerevan, regions of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh, only 34 applicants successfully completed all 4 levels and gained an opportunity to join Ameria's team.

The examination of the filed applications revealed 458 eligible applicants who participated in the first stage of competition and took a test. Those 83 incumbents who scored the required 70% were invited to a group interview. At this stage, they had an opportunity to express themselves in a teamwork, talk about their individual approach and credo and to stand out with individual thinking within various discussions. 61 participants with the best evaluation results were shortlisted for individual interviews. The final selection was carried out based on automatic scoring of test results, creative approach demonstrated in the essay and motivation letter, individuality through the group and individual interviews and finally, flexible thinking and broadmindedness.

Miss Ofelia Kamalyan, recruiter at Ameriabank, said: 'We are happy that so many young people expressed interest in the program. Our aim is to identify enthusiastic and driven young professionals who are flexible and ready to face new challenges and innovations with creative and unique thinking, and we hope to build a new generation of leaders. The program will enable young recent graduates without work experience to start their career path with Ameriabank, gain practical insight and day-to-day expertise in business environment through coaching and work with professionals. Those interns who will complete Generation A program successfully will be considered for employment in Ameriabank. It is good that the program created enthusiasm also in Nagorno Karabakh and Armenian regions. Now we have interns from Karabakh, Tavush, Armavir and Shirak regions, who have successfully completed all selection stages. We create for the young people opportunities and the freedom to do more, to learn more and to achieve more'.

Trainings take place in a comfortable and well-equipped training center of Ameria Group to ensure efficiency of educational process.
