Tbilisi. The Afghan delegation, headed by the Foreign
Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Zarar Ahmad Osmani, is paying
the official visit to Georgia on March 16-17, Interpressnews agency reports
with the reference to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
According to the ministry's information,
on 17 March, Foreign Minister of Georgia, Maia Panjikidze, will meet with the Afghan Foreign Minister. The parties
will discuss development of bilateral cooperation between Georgia and Afghanistan. The meeting will be
followed by the joint press conference. Within the framework of the visit, the Afghan Foreign Minister's
meetings with the President of Georgia, Prime Minister and Defense Minister have been scheduled.
