On July 26 night Azerbaijan mounted another sabotage attack on the Line of Contact of the Azeri and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces near Martakert.
The Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army reports that the Armenian side was able to rebuff the sabotage attack. 1 Armenian soldier died and 2 were wounded. Azeris also suffered losses and left a great deal of military hardware and ammunition on the Line of Contact. Investigation is underway.
To note, on July 25 evening the Azeris opened fire on the Armenian borderline villages of Aygepar, Movses, Nerkin Karmiraghbyur (Tavush Province). This time Armenia suffered no losses, but there were wounded on the Azeri side.
