The draft constitutional reforms programme is already ready. For this reason, it is not expedient to give any assessments, deputy chairman of the ruling RPA, head of the RPA parliamentary faction, Galust Sahakyan, said when replying to ArmInfo correspondent's question.
Mass media reported earlier that the commission on constitutional reforms under Armenia's president is going to submit the draft for referendum. The draft supposes Armenia's transition to the parliamentary government system, which supposes sharp growth of the authorities of prime minister to the detriment of those of the president.
