Tbilisi. Nestan Kirtadze, a public figure and a politician, also a founder and a head of the Georgian-Abkhaz and Georgian-Ossetian House (until present, a key figure in the Labor Party of Georgia) will sign an official document on establishment of the EU-Georgian-Abkhaz- Ossetian International Movement, in Brussels, on Tuesday, September 11.
Kirtadze, who is on a special visit to Brussels, September 10-14, stated about the aforesaid before leaving for Belgium, in Tbilisi-based RIA Novosti Press Center.
As she told journalists, the well-known European international law experts and lawyers had been engaged in preparation of the document on establishment of the EU-Georgian, Abkhaz, Ossetian International Movement.
"This will be the first movement of such a level and status in the European and international area," Kirtadze stated. In her words, "this is a unique case".
"The EU-Georgian, Abkhaz, Ossetian International Movement will be established for peace, democracy and development for the first time in Europe. For Georgia, this movement is a real path towards European integration and new real opportunities for direct peaceful dialogue with Abkhazians and Ossetians and for implementation of various socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian long-term projects. All this will make for re-building trust and relations between the people. This is a real bridge between Abkhazians and Europe, Ossetians and Europe and the rest of the world," Kirtadze stressed.
Nestan Kirtadze will return to Georgia on September 15.
