 The decision of the Orinats Yerkir Party to leave the coalition with the ruling Republican Party of Armenia is evidence of panic in the power circles of Armenia, political expert, Ervand Bozoyan, said at today's press-conference. 

He said that the "four" has managed to split the coalition and frighten the ruling regime, which understands that the political crisis has come and an end will be soon put to the government of the Republican Party of Armenia. "The ruling RPA is trying to stay in power a little bit more. For this reason, they sacrificed ex-premier Tigran Sargsyan, which has become a whipping boy for the created social and economic situation in the country", - the expert said. He also added that he is not expecting something new from the new premier Hovik Abrahamyan, as the later will continue the political and economic line of Tigran Sargsyan. "This means that he will not stay at the position of premier for a long  time", - he said. 

The expert did not rule out that the "four" - Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia Party, ARFD and Heritage party will turn into "five" if Orinats Yerkir joins the "four" and starts more severe struggle against the regime. "The leader of the Orinats Yerkir Party is trying to open a new page in his carrier, and perhaps will find the ways for raising his lost authority in the opposition field", - he said and added that he trusts in Artur Bagdasaryan. "It is obvious that they are tired of being the RPA's "satellite". They were suffering for more than 6 years, and now they are going to take in hand some political processes", - he said and added that Bagdasaryan's  such position is not a game intended at the presidential election in 2018.  Orinats Yerkir party no longer thinks it expedient to be part of the ruling coalition, the head of the party's parliamentary group Heghine Bisharyan told journalists after the party's meeting on Wednesday.  The party believes that President Sargsyan's statement during the last meeting of the committee on constitutional reforms, the Constitutional Court's verdict on accumulative pensions, the resignation of the government and the appointment of a new Prime Minister have changed the political situation in the country.  "A coalition cannot be viable if one of its forces has no say in it.  We have never had a chance to influence the coalition's decisions.  Nor had it any influence on the Republican Party's decision on who will be the new Prime Minister and the Parliament Speaker. During the last meeting at the President's office, our proposal to appoint our leader Artur Baghdasaryan as Prime Minister was simply ignored, so, we see no more sense in being part of the coalition," the party says.  The Political Council of the Party supported the decision of Armen Yeritsyan (Acting Minister of Emergency Situations), Samvel Tadevosyan (Acting Minister of Urban Development), and Sergo Karapetyan (Acting Minister of Agriculture) to leave the party. On April 25, Orinats Yerkir leader Artur Baghdasaryan will give a press conference following the meeting of Orinats Yerkir Party Board.  Bisharyan added that after officially announcing the withdrawal from the ruling coalition, Artur Baghdasaryan will apparently step down as Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia.  According to Bisharyan, Orinats Yerkir will join the opposition.
