There is a 70% probability that the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan will run for presidency in 2013. The only thing that can bring him back into politics is the post of president. But the favorite of the race will still be Serzh Sargsyan, President of the Union of Political Scientists of Armenia Hmayak Hovhannissyan said during a press-conference on Monday.
The expert does not expect the opposition to have a single candidate. "There are neither political nor ideological prerequisites for this," he said.
He warned that if Armenia fails to conduct normal presidential elections, there will be more anti-Armenian events like the Ramil Safarov incident.
