The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, will shortly express his opinion on the constitutional reforms, Viktor Soghomonyan, Spokesperson for Kocharyan, told ArmInfo.
Earlier Zhoghovurd newspaper reported that the ex-president was going to make a statement on the domestic and foreign problems of the country.
As regards the Constitutional Court's April 2 decision, Soghomonyan said that the given issue has not yet been discussed, but he did not rule out that a proper response may be given to the issue.
To recall, in Jan 2014 Kocharyan repeatedly came out with statements. In one of the statements he criticized the accumulative pension system.
