The new cycle of modernization of the post offices in 2013 started today with reopening ceremony of the 0011 post office in Nork Marash administrative district, the Haypost CJSC, Haypost Trust Management B.V. reported.
The reopening ceremony was attended by Varazdat Mkrchyan, Head of Nork Marash administrative district, Haik Avagian, Acting CEO of "Haypost" CJSC, as well as the residents of the administrative district.
The new image developed for "HayPost" is reflected in every post office, which is completely renovated, refurnished and rebranded according to the new image.
The working standards and infrastructure have been updated and changed; new computers equipped with modern software have been set up, cable system as well infrastructures are renewed in the renovated post offices. Post offices are equipped with modern security systems and video recording equipment.
The modernized post offices began providing services with modern IT technologies, state-of-the-art software and on-line connection to the head office, which allow providing faster and efficient postal, financial and commercial services to the residents.
The modernization process of the official national postal operator of the Republic of Armenia is a complex project aimed at the quality improvement of rendered services and organization of working process.
"HayPost Trust Management" intends to make "HayPost" the leading national postal operator in the region by reorganizing and modernizing the structural, functional, courier and commercial schemes.
