I am puzzled and saddened by the Hungarian authorities' decision to extradite Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan as it was already clear what would happen to him at home, Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Edward Sharmazanov said on Friday.
"The Azeri President's decision to pardon a person who killed an Armenian with an ax while the latter was sleeping has proved once again that the Azeri authorities are conducting an Armenophobe fascist policy.
