Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan does not expect final peace from the planned meeting of the Armenian and Azeri presidents in Sochi.
He told journalists on Wednesday that the Azeris always escalate tensions on the border before such meetings.
"I don't think that this meeting will give more constructivism to the peace talks. Only negotiations can bring us to final settlement," Ohanyan said.
He does not expect the meeting to establish final peace and stability on the border and is sure that the Armenian and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces must continue improving their capacities.
