The non-coalition factions will not be able to arrange on the candidate for the new premier, the head of the ruling RPA parliamentary faction, Galust Sahakyan, said at today's briefing in the parliament.
He said that the 4 factions do not have a strong idea to start active discussion around and added that it is still early to speak about consensus. "They intend to gain resignation of the government and replacement of Tigran Sargsyan. But I am confident, that as soon as they start discussing candidacy of the new premier, they will have disagreements", - Sahakyan said and added that Armenia needs effective opposition as much as the political power.
