Neither Stepanakert nor Yerevan is responsible for lack of breakthroughs in the Karabakh peace process. Neither the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs who exert genuine efforts to resolve the problem are responsible for that, Edward Nalbandian told media, Thursday.
He said that Yerevan welcomes the OSCE MG'co-chair's suggestion to organize a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijan foreign ministers within the coming weeks.
"This time as well our response was positive. There are various ideas regarding the place and the time of the meeting. I think, there will be such opportunity within the coming weeks," the minister said.
To recall, the OSCE MG co-chairs disseminated a statement on April 9 following their visit to the region. The Co-Chairs announced in the statement that they plan to organize a meeting of the Foreign Ministers in the coming weeks to advance the peace process. Baku has also given its consent.
