Vice Speaker of Armenian Parliament urges Raffi Hovannisian to familiarize himself with the text of Vice Speaker's statement

 "I think that Mr.Hovannisian failed to familiarize himself with my statement, as everything is extremely simple and clear in it", Vice Speaker of Armenian Parliament, Spokesperson of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Edward Sharmazanov said when commenting on Heritage Party Leader Raffi Hovannisian's demands addressed to Sharmazanov. 

"I hope that Mr. Hovannisian will be given the text of my statement to avoid such kind of unpleasant situations", he said.

Earlier on Monday the leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian demanded publishing the full recording of his meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan rather than some out-of-context excerpt. During a press-conference he put to shame those who are threatening that they will make public part of his meeting with Sargsyan so as to discredit him. "First of all, Sargsyan said that we were alone and if he was lying, I demand that the full video be published. I told him
that I could not accept the results reported by the Central Electoral Commission. He had not been elected as President, so, it was early for him to celebrate his victory. I offered him several scenarios but he declined all of them," Hovhannisian said.

To note, earlier Edward Sharmazanov said that he finds strange Hovannisian's comments on his meeting with the President. "That's the case of ideal transparency and publicity", he said and added that the RPA will have to publish the 1.5-hour conversation between the President and Hovannisian though he thought that Hovannisian himself would do that.
