An Armenian citizen has been detained while crossing the front line in Tovuz region of Azerbaijan, APA reports. Secretary of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons Shahin Sayilov told APA that the Armenian citizen aged about 20-22 has been detained. The source says that he has not been identified yet. According to Shahin Sayilov, the detained Armenian citizen is being taken to Baku.
According to some media outlets, the Armenian citizen's name is Arsen Khojoyan. He is a resident of Nerkin Karmiraghbyur village of Tavush region of Armenia and is the relative of 77- year-old Mamikon Khojoyan, who has recently been repatriated to Armenia from the Azeri captivity. The relevant structures of Armenia have not yet specified the information.
