Head of the medical department of the Armed Forces of Armenia Kamavor Khachatryan informed at a press-conference on April 27 that three Armenian servicemen were wounded overnight as the adversary opened fire on the Line of Contact of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani troops. According to Khachatryan the condition of one of the soldiers is critical. However, his life is not in danger. At the same time Khachatryan mentioned that after the four-day war the number of injured reached 34. Khachatryan also informed that 87 of those soldiers who were injured between April 1 and April 4 have been discharged from hospital. Three are in critical condition. Doctors were not able to save 5 servicemen. According to him the adversary conducted targeted attacks on 4 ambulance cars, which were on the way to help the injured on the frontline. One of the cars was exploded; fortunately the medical staff was not in the car at the moment. The other three cars were fired from weapons of various calibers.
