VTB Bank (Armenia) has opened the renovated office of its Kotayk branch in the town of Abovyan. The press service of the Bank has told ArmInfo that the official opening ceremony took place on September 10 with participation of the leadership of VTB Bank (Armenia), representatives of the regional and municipal administrations, as well as businessmen and men of culture.
The source says that a number of measures have been taken to improve the customer service procedures, upgrade and technically re-equip the workplaces and service zones, as well as to bring the interior of the branch in full compliance with the brand and corporate style of VTB Group.
"One of the key directions of the development strategy of VTB Bank (Armenia) is to thoroughly study and satisfy the needs of all categories of customers. We are confident that the new, convenient and modern branches will raise our customer service to a new level. The key peculiarity of our upgraded branches is the fast and high-quality service and the good technical basis", said Yuri Gusev, Director general, Chairman of Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia).
For his part, Vsevolod Smakov, Vice President, Head of the International Business Department of VTB24, member of the Council of VTB Bank (Armenia), stressed that VTB Bank (Armenia) had gained big success in retail business development. "The Bank not only launches new retail products and services, but it also upgrades the branch network, which creates all favorable conditions for high-quality customer service.
