Marat Terterov: Armenia’s long term security will be better served by strengthening economic security, rather than defining national security on the basis of the Tsarist Russian catch-cry “armiya i flot”
In case Serzh Sargsyan is re-elected President of Armenia, the ex-president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan may become the prime minister, Leader of the People's Party Tigran Karapetyan said at a press conference.
Karapetyan strongly criticized the incumbent Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan, but at the same time pointed out one positive moment in his activity - the fact that Tigran Sargsyan comes out against Armenia's membership in EurAsEC. For this reason Tigran Sargsyan has fallen into disgrace of the Russian establishment, Karapetyan said. "In this context, Serzh Sargsyan has been instructed by his Russian counterpart to remove Tigran Sargsyan from the premier's office", he said.
