Head of the Union for National Self-Determination Party Paruyr Hayrikyan has been offered treatment and allegiance in Holland and Belgium.
Talking to media, Wednesday, Hayrikyan said he is going to receive treatment abroad trice in a year.
"I remembered how Commander Andranik left the country, and some people claiming 'freedom or death' left the country, and decided not to accept that offer. If I fail to create anything, I will create at least a character strongly devoted to his motherland," he said.
To recall, Hayrikyan has not recovered finally after an attempt on his life. The Government of Armenia donated 20.5 million drams to compensate Hayrikyan's treatment abroad.
